Although the internet is shared and provided by the resort among the apartments, it offers adequate speed for most applications, ensuring that you can stay connected during your stay.

Enjoy a peaceful and pleasant experience in our Airbnb apartment by following these simple and efficient guidelines for access and use of the space:

After making the reservation, send the full names and CPF (Brazilian ID number) of all guests through the Airbnb chat so that we can arrange the authorizations with the reception.
Upon check-in at the Resort, go to the reception and provide your full name and CPF. You will receive the access wristbands and room information.
Minors can only enter when accompanied by their parents and carrying an identification document proving their relationship.
To ensure an even better experience, follow these space rules:

Use water conscientiously in the apartment.
Loss or damage to bed and bath linens will be charged by the Resort.
Linens are changed every 3 days.
Daily cleaning includes trash removal, floor cleaning, bed-making, and replenishment of personal hygiene items. If you do not want this service, please inform the reception.
Do not dry clothes on the balcony railing or chairs. Use the clothesline provided.
Access streaming apps on the Smart TV with your personal account and password.
The Resort's voltage is 220v.
Daily, between 9 am and the closing time of Thermas dos Laranjais, the Resort offers free transportation on electric vehicles called "Fresquinhos". Consult the reception for more information.
Check-in is from 2 pm, and check-out is until 11 am (20-minute grace period).
Each guest receives 1 additional towel for exclusive use at the Resort Solar das Águas pools. If necessary, extra towels or changes will be charged, as well as in case of loss or damage.
Personal belongings and towels left in the Resort's common areas for more than 1 hour will be collected and sent to the lost and found department.
The kitchen does not include dishes and cutlery. Bring them from home or purchase disposable ones at the hotel store.
Mini-fridge items are optional and will be charged separately based on consumption.
The apartment's electrical network does not support high-power equipment. The use of equipment that generates smoke, fire risk, or any damage is prohibited. Any damage to the apartment will be charged.
