Law of Silence The law of Silence must be respected in all environments, at the times determined by law and in accordance with the Condominium Agreement, absolute silence must be observed between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.

Leisure The Condominium has the following common areas located on the Penthouse:

• Pool: Opening hours: from 08:00 to 22:00

• Gym: Opening hours: from 06:00 to 22:00

• Sauna: Opening hours: from 08:00 to 22:00

• Games Room: Opening hours: from 08:00 to 22:00

Visitors are not allowed to use the pool and gym.

The use of these spaces is only for tenants and guests. Breakfast Service Served at the Restaurant, located on the Rooftop.

Please consult reception for the amounts charged. Payment must be made immediately after consumption. Opening hours: Monday to Friday: 06:00 to 10:00. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays: 6:30 am to 10:30 am.

Cafeteria Located on the ground floor. Prices on the menu.

Opening accounts for launching items and consummation is not allowed.

Payment must be made immediately. Opening hours: Daily: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED commercial service inside the apartment, if this occurs the stay will be terminated immediately with the application of a fine.

If the apartment is used for commercial photography and filming, only guests registered at the reception are allowed to enter AT THE BOOKING ACT and obeying the maximum capacity of the apartment per reservation, that is, if the capacity of the property is 2 guests, it will be allowed entry of 2 people only.
